Across the globe…
“Reading the headlines today, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like there’s nothing you can do to help,” said Chad Bruick, OEG president. “But you have to start somewhere.”

In 2022, OEG partnered with World Vision, a global humanitarian organization, and launched an initiative called Changing the Landscape of Poverty. Now, every member of the OEG team is able to sponsor a child through World Vision as a benefit of their employment. Our team has taken this opportunity above and beyond, choosing to write letters, send care packages and truly develop a relationship with “their” kids.

“Having a chance to help a kid on the other side of the world means a lot to me,” said Daniel Rayburn, Crew Leader. “I really feel like the OEG team is making a difference, and it makes me feel like I’m a part of something bigger than me. It’s cool to work for a company that really cares.”
